1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website europeanmeditationinstitute.com (“Website”) and the purchase of the Professional Meditation Instructor Certification programme (“Course”) offered by European Meditation Institute Ltd (“EMI”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

European Meditation Institute Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales, Company No. 15542815, with its registered address at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.

By accessing this Website and/or purchasing the Course, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this Website or purchase the Course.

2. Eligibility

The Course is available to individuals aged 18 years or older. By purchasing the Course, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

3. Course Access & Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to the full Course materials, including all 10 modules, 47 video lessons, downloadable workbooks, guided meditation audio library, binaural frequency collection, class templates and session scripts.

Access to the Course is granted for your lifetime, subject to the continued operation of the platform. There are no recurring fees, deadlines or scheduled sessions. The Course is 100% self-paced and delivered online.

We reserve the right to update, modify or improve the Course content at any time. Such updates will be made available to all existing students at no additional cost.

4. Pricing & Payment

The current Founding Member price is €37 (EUR), inclusive of all applicable taxes. The standard price is €447 (EUR). We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, but changes will not affect existing purchases.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. We do not store or have access to your full credit or debit card details. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.

All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR). Your bank or card issuer may apply a currency conversion fee if your account is denominated in a different currency.

5. Certification & Accreditation

Upon successful completion of all 10 modules, you will receive a Professional Meditation Instructor Certificate accredited by CPD UK (Continuing Professional Development, United Kingdom). The certificate includes a unique verification ID.

The certification is recognised for professional development purposes across the European Union and in over 20 countries worldwide. It is suitable for use in private practice, studio teaching, corporate wellness, educational settings and healthcare support roles.

EMI makes no guarantee of employment, income or specific career outcomes. Individual results depend on factors including effort, market conditions, location and prior experience. Testimonials on this Website represent individual experiences and are not indicative of typical results.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 15-day unconditional money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the Course for any reason, you may request a full refund within 15 days of purchase by contacting us at contact@europeanmeditationinstitute.com.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method. No forms, justifications or questions are required. Please refer to our full Refund Policy for complete details.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website and within the Course — including but not limited to text, images, video, audio, graphics, logos, trademarks, curriculum design and the EMI Progressive Immersion Method™ — is the intellectual property of European Meditation Institute Ltd and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the Course materials for your own educational and professional development. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicence, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit any Course materials without our prior written consent.

8. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Course access is licensed to a single individual and may not be shared with or transferred to any other person.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) share, distribute or resell Course materials; (b) use the Course content for any unlawful purpose; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or interfere with the Website or platform; (d) misrepresent yourself as being affiliated with EMI beyond your status as a certified graduate; (e) use automated tools to scrape or download Course content.

10. EMI Instructor Directory & Agency

The EMI Instructor Directory (launching 2026) and EMI Instructor Agency (launching 2027) are planned future services. Founding Members are entitled to a free permanent listing on the Directory and priority access to the Agency, subject to these services being launched and the terms applicable at the time of launch.

While we fully intend to deliver these services, they are subject to business and market conditions. EMI reserves the right to modify the scope, pricing or timeline of these future services.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EMI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website or Course, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill or business opportunity.

Our total liability in connection with the Course shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Course (€37 at the Founding Member price).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.

The Course is provided for educational and professional development purposes. The content does not constitute medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making decisions based on Course content.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you also benefit from the mandatory provisions of the consumer protection laws of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under applicable EU law.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
