Refund Policy

We are confident in the quality of the Professional Meditation Instructor Certification programme. That confidence is reflected in our refund policy.

We offer a 15-day unconditional money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If within 15 days you feel the Course is not right for you — for any reason whatsoever — you are entitled to a full refund of your payment.

To request a refund, simply contact us within 15 days of your purchase date using one of the following methods:

Please include the email address used at the time of purchase so we can locate your order. No forms, justifications, explanations or questions are required.

Once your refund request is received and confirmed, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Upon refund, your access to the Course materials, community and future benefits (including the EMI Instructor Directory listing) will be revoked.

Refund requests received after 15 days from the date of purchase are not eligible for a refund under this policy. However, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you experience technical issues or difficulties accessing the Course at any time, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the matter.

We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving any concerns promptly and fairly. Disputed chargebacks may result in additional administrative fees and the suspension of your account.

Our current refund rate is under 2%, which reflects the satisfaction of the vast majority of our students. We believe this speaks to the quality of the training, materials and support we provide.

This refund policy is in addition to — and does not affect — your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable UK and EU law. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days for digital content. By beginning the Course immediately upon purchase, you acknowledge that you are requesting early access to digital content and consent to the commencement of the service.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you benefit from the mandatory provisions of the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
